She is committed to developing student agency, helping learners cultivate both academic and non-academic skills, and guiding them to become well-rounded, internationally-minded citizens capable of adapting to change and contributing to a better world.

Engy also works on consultation, curriculum development projects, and teacher training courses while conducting NEASC and IB school visits. Additionally, she is a Happiness Coach, supporting educators, parents, and teenagers in finding balance, purpose, and wellbeing.

Based in Dubai with her family and two sons, Engy is a passionate advocate for diversity. She has been educated, coached, and mentored by a globally diverse group of educators from Japan, the Middle East, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. She believes in equal opportunities and celebrating differences to create inclusive, thriving communities.
